Infinity (iOS) Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Infinity (iOS) mobile application (the “App”) provided by Foxana Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
License Agreement (EULA)
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Foxana Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not distribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Foxana Studio only, and not with Apple. Foxana Studio, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Subscriptions and Payments
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions processed through Apple’s App Store using StoreKit 2. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
All billing and payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.
Reddit API Usage
The App allows users to access Reddit content through Reddit’s API. By using features that interact with Reddit, you agree to comply with the Reddit User Agreement and Reddit’s applicable policies.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit.
Third-Party Services
The App may display or interact with third-party services and APIs (including but not limited to Imgur, Gfycat, Streamable, and Reddit). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies provided by those services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App in a way that violates third-party API policies
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxana Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
